What to have ready
- Your last inspection report from the fire official or surveyor
- Your current vendor's last three invoices and your service agreement
- Any open violation notice or plan of correction
- For squads: the oxygen fill log, if one exists, and the cylinder inventory
None of it is required. It just makes the gap list better.
How pricing works
One written price sheet, handed to you at the walkthrough. The same for every customer, locked for the term. Found work is quoted in writing first. 12-month agreements that do not auto-renew, cancel with 30 days' notice, and your records are yours.
