The law writes our demand. Documentation is our product.
We are building the largest third-party permit-compliance company in the country, for every commercial property that a fire official inspects, every EMS agency, hospital, and nursing home that handles medical oxygen, and every data center whose suppression, detection, and backup power carry inspection dates of their own. We start in Bergen County, New Jersey, and we grow one county at a time.
Prevent the problem before it starts
Every business is legally required to buy fire and life-safety compliance. Every ambulance, hospital, and nursing home is legally required to keep medical oxygen records to a federal standard. Almost none of them have anyone whose job is to watch the whole calendar. The extinguisher vendor watches extinguishers. The hood company watches hoods. The gas supplier drops cylinders. Nobody watches the permit, the registration, the survey date, or the insurance endorsement that conditions coverage on all of it.
Safety City Compliance is that someone. We are the outside compliance department: we hold the calendar, we file the permits, we service what we are licensed to service, we make sure the other trades show up, and we keep a file that answers every inspector's question before it is asked.
The goal is not to pass the inspection. The goal is that nothing is ever found, because it was fixed months earlier on a schedule you never had to think about.
What we believe
- Transparency wins. One written price sheet, the same for every customer. 12-month terms, no auto-renewal. The incumbents win on contract mechanics; we win on the file.
- Records belong to the customer. Always. Every report, every photograph, every calendar leaves with you.
- Say what you are licensed to do. Every service on this site is labeled with its real status. A permit number appears the day it issues, not before.
- Documentation prevents, not just proves. A calendar that fires 60 days early is worth more than a tag that is current today.
- No single point of failure. Two suppliers for every input, licenses and insurance calendared 90 days ahead, cash reserves held at all times.
One person, five doors
EMT and squad member
Runs calls in Bergen County. Knows what the oxygen file looks like at 3 a.m. and what the state inspector asks for.
Accountant, CPA track
Books kept to diligence grade from the first transaction. Pricing is built from unit cost, not from what the market will bear.
Healthcare administration, Rutgers MHA
Speaks the language of the Type C buyer: Life Safety Code, K-tags, plan of correction, Environment of Care.
Technology, NJIT summa cum laude
The client portal and the compliance calendar are built in-house, so the data is the product and not an afterthought.
Landlord
Sits in the property owner's seat: the registration letter, the lead-safe clock, the insurance renewal, the vendor who never calls back.
Each rung is announced when it issues, not before
The moat in this business is licenses that are cheap in dollars and expensive in time. We climb them in order, and we only sell what the current rung allows.
